Prophetic Word 6th December 2023

I received this Prophetic Word almost 2 years before writing it and delayed releasing it because I didn't have enough understanding of the situation.

In addition, I have an extreme backlog of hundreds of Prophetic Words that are yet to be released and no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to catch up!

I decided to release it today before Trump's Peace Plan is formerly initiated with the release of the hostages as I felt that this was the last moment I could get it out whilst retaining credibility.

There does not seem to be an official copy of this Peace Plan from the official source currently, but I have managed to find the sketched 20 Point Plan being referred to in various sources.

In order to understand this Word, we need to understand the history of Qatar and their unique position both in the world and as the key mediator between parties.

The State of Qatar

The State of Qatar is an independent and sovereign Islamic state in the Middle East, governed by Islamic law and a constitutional hereditary monarch.

It joined the United Nations in 1971 and witnessed a broad economic, social and cultural renaissance, achieving a huge leap in economy and energy since 1995.

In the 1950s to 1970s, before natural gas was discovered, Qatar was vulnerable as it lacked significant natural resources and had a small population and a fragile economy.

As they began to build their modern institutions, Muslim Brotherhood members arrived, mainly fleeing repression in Egypt and Syria, Qatar saw this as a strategic opportunity and the Brotherhood contributed to the development of their state.

Hamas, formed in 1987 at the beginning of the first Palestinian intifada (uprising), has its roots in the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Wahhabism & The Muslim Brotherhood

The Muslim Brotherhood found ideological affinity with the traditional and conservative al-Thani monarchy, which was historically linked to Wahhabism since Qatar's independence.

The Wahhabis and the Muslim Brotherhood have a shared opposition to Western influence and a shared goal of shaping a society based on Islamic law.

They also have common enemies and are united against adversaries like secular nationalist regimes and communism.

A peak period of co-operation was the 1980s Afghan jihad against the Soviet troops and pro-Communist government, where both groups trained future extremists together.

However, they are distinct movements with key differences, particularly regarding hereditary monarchies and the role of political Islam, creating friction and the potential to be undermined.

Opposition To Western Culture

Whilst the Wahhabis and the Muslim Brotherhood are allies, their shared opposition to Western culture is a barrier to lasting peace, presenting important distinctions that cannot be glossed over.

Both movements see the Western way of life as corrupt and debauched, which is ironic as their radical Islamist ideology has many practices that horrify, shock and disgust Westerners, and they don't believe in diversity or democracy.

Their desire to mould society based on the Koran, Sunnah (the way of life of Prophet Muhammad) and Sharia law, as a model for Islamic conduct, is diametrically opposed to Western values, creating a legal, moral, religious and spiritual conflict.

Whilst trade and agreements in certain areas may be possible, the bible warns about trading with specific nations and making alliances and treaties that could become a snare, in particular if they have a different value system and follow a different god.

In addition, the practices they adhere to, which includes harsh enforcement of their beliefs, such as stoning women to death because of shame, "honour" killings, female genital mutilation, cutting off hands and public executions for homosexuals and apostates, are the same beliefs held by radical terrorist groups.

Prior American Involvement

In 1990, the US military sent forces to Saudi Arabia after Saddam Hussein's Iraqi troops invaded Kuwait, which saw the deployment of a huge American army, as well as its European allies.

This lead to conflict as two main Muslim shrines were located there and the U.S.'s involvement was considered sacrilege by the Muslim Brotherhood, as was the involvement of infidel troops against a Muslim state, albeit with a dictatorial secular regime.

However, the leadership of the Saudi ulama (scholars of Islamic doctrine and law) issued a fatwa (a ruling on a point of Islamic law given by a recognised authority) approving the ruler's actions.

After the US-led coalition won the 1991 Gulf War, several thousand service members involved with Operation Southern Watch, remained, violating the Muslim tradition of excluding non-Muslims from permanent residence in the Arabian peninsula.

It is believed that this is one of, if not the, main reason, that Osama bin Laden called for jihad against the United States in the September 11, 2001 attacks, as 15 of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia and prior to that President Robert F. Kennedy was assassinated by a Palestinian.

Ties With Terrorism

Qatar, in their bid to achieve a strategic stronghold, has major ties with terrorism, playing multiple sides, including being a key financial supporter and funder of Hamas, hosting their political leaders and mediating on their behalf in the geo-political arena.

The Muslim Brotherhood has also been designated a Terrorist Organisation by Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and many other countries.

The sole intention of those who share these radical, extreme and fundamental beliefs is to dominate by every means possible, through force, which is in direct opposition to the Western values of freedom, respect, dignity and democracy.

Terrorism in Saudi Arabia has mainly been attributed to Islamic extremists and anti-Western attacks date back to 1995 since the involvement of the U.S.

Saudi Arabia has also been accused of funding terrorism in other countries, including Syria, Iraq and Yemen.

An Unconventional Diplomatic Path

During the 1980s and 1990s, as regional mistrust toward Islamists grew, Qatar capitalised on the situation by offering them roles in education and facilitating their media visibility.

The presence of influential Islamist figures in the country, coupled with the launch of the Al Jazeera media satellite channel in 1996, cemented their support of the Islamist narrative, reinforcing Qatar's image as a regional sponsor of political Islam.

This strategy made Doha the only Gulf state capable of engaging with virtually all Islamist actors, from Hamas to the Taliban, whilst simultaneously maintaining ties with the West.

By engaging with actors shunned by other governments, Qatar secured geopolitical influence and emerged as a key mediator.

Doha has pursued an unconventional diplomatic path, having gambled on alternative forms of power, whereas the UAE built its international standing primarily on financial stability and reliability, ranking among the world's 10 most trusted nations by 2025.

A Risky Strategy

Whilst Qatar's relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood and other radical Islamist movements in the Arab world has been a powerful tool for regional influence, it has also created significant risks.

Qatar has had to balance political Islamic ties with strategic alliances with Western nations and their foreign policy has long been a source of controversy and mistrust.

Their alignments have lead to diplomatic and economic embargoes and internal de-stabilisation from disinformation campaigns, in addition to the risk that goes with allying with movements who are equally powerful in certain arenas and fundamentally at odds with key areas of your own movement.

Qatar has been forced to invest heavily in internal security and lobbying efforts to reassure its Western allies of its commitment to counter-terrorism, and on several occasions Doha had to ask famous members of the Muslim Brotherhood to leave and force Al-Jazeera to moderate it's tone and language.

Yet, their radical Islamist bet has yielded significant geopolitical dividends, enabling them to play a critical role in several key conflicts, exerting a direct influence on many regional scenarios.

A Turning Point

Qatar initially thought they were safe but the turning point came when Israel carried out air strikes on Doha on the 9th September targeting the leadership of Hamas, killing and injuring 5 Hamas members, 1 Qatari security official and injuring several civilians.

Following decades of conflict between Israel, Gaza and the West Bank, there was a perfect storm of perseverance, anointment and appointment, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu holding an immovable front, backed up by the unwavering resolve of President Donald J Trump.

According to the Council on Foreign Relations, Israel formally approved plans for a ceasefire with Hamas on October 9th, setting a Gaza peace process in motion, although Hamas leaders only agreed to a ceasefire and the return of Israel's hostages.

Israel's final hostages were released on the 13th October, the last day of the Feast of Tabernacles, a time when Jews all over the world remember God's provision and protection, celebrate the harvest and revel in joyous gratitude for God's blessings.

Whilst it is clear than Qatar has indeed called off the dogs due to it's unique positioning, the U.S. and Qatar over-estimated their ability to keep them at bay, due to Hamas' shameless brutality and uncompromising, unpredictable and untameable nature, but nevertheless, God is most definitely in control.
